Manufacturing Taste was founded in 2023 to address a structural gap in property development.

After years working within commercial architecture, I saw a pattern: design, branding and leasing strategy operating in silos. Standards treated as market intelligence. Positioning decided after planning. Marketing layered on at the end.

The result was predictable. Generic. Disconnected.

Technically compliant buildings.
Commercially interchangeable outcomes.

At the same time, other consumer industries — fashion, hospitality, tech — were operating differently. They understood positioning first. They designed with cultural awareness. They built desire deliberately.

Architecture rarely does.

Manufacturing Taste exists to close that gap.

With over 18 years of experience across commercial workplace, residential and mixed-use projects, I work at concept stage - where strategic clarity has the most impact - aligning positioning, brand logic and spatial design before compliance takes over.

This is not branding.
It is not marketing.
It is architecture inserted at the moment it matters most.
